Note : Following note has been written keeping in mind serious practitioners of yoga and spirituality. Unless for some moments in life someone has thought about "what is the purpose of existence" he will not be able to appreciate this. 14th Feb 2015, I was in Budapest travelling and walking across budapest. Europe has a culture where PDA (Public Diaplay of Affection) does not raise eyebrows. valentine day had a special charm on Europe and most couples were walking together hand in hand stopping only to share some moments of togetherness.
As i was walking towards Govinda restaurant for my lunch in Budapest a girl who had a fair appearance approached me and stood very close. I was alarmed as i didnt know her purpose of coming near me. I was all alone in budapest and didnt know a single soul apart from my hostel receptionist, so i was wondering the purpose of her approaching me. She asked in a melodious voice who i am and where i am going ?. Then she asked me whether i am interested in sex massage. I was aghast on hearing this and left her with a blunt "NO" and marched on. I walked for few steps and turned around she was still waving hand at me, i walked away towards restaurant for vegetarian food and forgot all about the episode.
As i was roaming around the city in the evening i noticed the same girl standing at the same place. She was smoking cigarrete and i marched ahead ignoring her. she threw her cigarrete and ran rowards me and overtook me. She asked me some questions about my hotel to which i gave imaginary answers. She said that it wont be costly and will be over in an hour. I politely refused. She was trying to understand what is stopping me from entering the deal as she definitely had a pretty face. Then came her last straw, she said that 14th feb is a day of love and i should not refuse her.
I told her that i am from India and its against our culture to see women body as tool for sexual gratification. As a yogi i have been told that woman body is not a tool for sensual gratification and has a deeper purpose. I have heard from Sri Ramkrishna that mother goddess is present in each and every object and this episode served to practise it on field.
Below is my advice to a sincere aspirants if they are ever confounded with such a challenge.

The pangs of passion are most powerful and produce burning sensations. Blessed is the man who can resist the temptation. All logic goes haywire when senses are confronted with objects of passion.
When confronted,
1. Pray to lord.
2. Remind yourself that after the object will be achieved , there will be only regret.
3. Remind yourself that things appear beautiful only due to desire within, apart from that there is no beauty in external objects.
4. After the electricity in you is diffused, things will cease to be beautiful.
5. Regret is there once electricity is gone.
6. You reach the same place where you started before.
7. Satisfaction in sensual objects is like a mirage which doesnt exists or cant satisfy. Its very normal to seek objects but know that they have nothing in them. Seeking something is indication of electricity within.. just seek right things
8. A little unsatisfaction is very normal just know that sensual objects cant deliever them.. Its a mirage.. Just seek right things.
9. Look divine mother in all women.
10. Body is a precious instrument and has deeper purpose of God realization rather than sexual gratification.
When confronted,
2. Remind yourself that after the object will be achieved , there will be only regret.
